Here at Nathaniel Jewelry we work hard to make sure our customers have an enjoyable and hassle free online shopping experience. That is why we have a no questions asked hassle free 30 day no risk return policy. We’re committed to providing you with a great shopping experience and making returns easy.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your item within 30 days of receipt you may return the item back to us at no cost to you for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all of the original paper work and certifications.

Return Process
Once we receive your returned item with all the appropriate paper work, your refund or new item will be processed within just a couple of days by our quality assurance department. The item will then be sent to our customer service specialist to follow up and either refund the purchase price or ship out your replacement item. Refund will be processed to original payment method made.

1. Information- Click here to download our return item form. Please fill out the form to your best knowledge; this will help us track the return once it is received in our warehouse.

2. Packaging Your Return – Please include all the original appraisals and certification along with the return form with your item. Package the item back in either your original box or box of your choice.

3. Shipping- Once your item is packaged please affix the label sent to you from our return department. Drop off the package and any ups location. Please visit http://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_US&WT for list of locations within your area.

If the item is not returned back with the 30 day period there will a restocking fee dependent on the item. Any item returned over 1 year or purchase date will be refused and sent back to the original buyer.
